The only effective way to maintain water temperature in extreme summer and winter is by using insulation material on the exterior. However, when applied externally, the insulation is directly exposed to harsh weather conditions, leading to a shorter lifespan. Therefore, a durable and high-performance solution was in high demand.

Recognizing the need, we set out to develop a tank that provides enhanced thermal insulation for both summer and winter, while also ensuring long-term durability.

Construction of InsuTank Plus

The construction of insulated water tank is based on innovative multiple layers with each layer having its own significance to ensure highest standards of hygiene, durability and temperature control.

The inner food grade layer made from LLDPE helps to store the water in hygienic conditions.

Middle insulation layer made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) keeps the water cool in extreme summers and warm in winters, and reduces more than 40% energy cost for water supply and storage.

The outer imported fiberglass  layers helps to protect the insulation for longer period of time.

Heating element is added as per requirement of the customer and depending on tank size.
